Approximately, 30 aviation associated companies, including jetBlue Airways, The Boeing Company, SkyWest Airlines, Chicago Express Airlines and American Eagle Airlines, participated in the tenth annual SIUC Aviation Career Fair and Banquet which were held Friday, October 22, 2004.

The Aviation Banquet speaker was Steven Brown, former vice president for operations at the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C., and currently with the National Business Aviation Association in Washington, D.C.

Several scholarships were also presented at the Aviation Banquet.
