The Dental Hygiene and Dental Technology Programs have continued with the Project Mouthguard and Dental Sealant Program. Recently, Project Mouthguard spent two Saturdays in Marion fabricating 34 mouth guards for children. The Dental Sealant Program has been in the Carbondale schools with plans to go to Murphysboro and elsewhere in the SIUC area. Faculty members involved with these two programs are Ronda DeMattei, Charla Lautar, Faith Miller, Cheryl Odle, Dwayne Summers and Leigh Tiebout.
