Travel Voucher - click here to retrieve the Travel Expense Voucher from the Travel Home Page. Once you are at the Travel Site, click on "Forms" on the left. This will take you to the Forms page. There is an updated form for FY09 (July 1, 2008-June 30, 2009). Be sure to download the correct form.
Be sure to read the "Know Before You Go" document for travel guidelines. It is located under the "Travel Regulations and Policies" link located on the Travel Home Page.
The form for FY08 is still available from the above hyperlink. This is to be used for travel made between July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008.
Instructions are also available on this page in the "Use Documentation" section. FormFlow is no longer required to complete your travel voucher. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to
complete
