Room to Spread Your Wings--Whether it's a sales meeting, training session or an intimate business presentation, the Dunn-Richmond facility is here to meet your every need. Conference seating for 100 participants and reception space for up to 80-100 seating is available for university, businesses and community groups.Audio/Visual Enhancements-- There's no question that sight and sound will enhance any presentation or training session, and we want your effort to be a success. That's why a wide range of video and audio equipment is available for your conference needs through the Dunn-Richmond Scheduling Office. *With a wide range of conference and reception services, Dunn-Richmond offers a professional atmosphere while successfully managing the logistics of your event!
Let's Break for Lunch or Dinner-- Dunn-Richmond is prepared to perk up your conference or reception attendees with iced tea and coffee service. Our fully equipped catering kitchen (for preparation only not cooking) is also available for those who are planning to host sessions that will include anything from a light lunch, a buffet or a full sit down dinner. Parking -- No need to fight for a parking spot! There are a total of 167 parking spaces. Lot 64 is east of the building. There are 137 parking spaces. Along the last row there are 21 spaces available for visitors. Lot 65 is located directly in front of the main entrance. There are 30 visitor parking spaces.
Conference Rooms -- Rooms 150, 151, and 152 can seat 100 chairs facing east. Rooms 151 & 152 each will seat 15 w/tables. Room 150 will seat 40 w/tables. Seating adjustments can be made depending on the style and type of event.
Seating -- We have a total of 200 chairs and we have a total of 49 rectangular tables measuring 5' x 2 ½ '.
Smoke Free Environment-- The Dunn-Richmond Center is a smoke free environment.
Outstanding Service -- Any successful meeting involves good communication and the preparation of supporting materials. The Dunn-Richmond center helps nurture your business effort by providing photocopying and fax services at a nominal charge to accommodate conference needs.
Prepared for the 21st Century-- A computer lab stands ready to meet the training needs of southern Illinois. Our lab offers 12 learner PC's, along with one PC for the instructor that provides for full video projection to a wall screen.

Atrium
Atrium -- The atrium has 11 round tables that will seat a total of 48; 4 tables seat 5 chairs, and 7 tables seat 5 chairs. We can seat a sit down dinner comfortably for 80 people in the art atrium by adding rectangular tables for 32 people. Seating adjustments can be made depending on the style and type of event. Art Atrium-- The atrium also exhibits art from local and regional artists. Southern Illinois University's Office of Economic and Regional Development recognizes the importance of supporting artists and the importance of allowing visitors and OERD members to be exposed to fine art while being in a contemporary setting.
