CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO WATER CYCLING

Cardio 45
A moderate to high intensity cardiovascular class that combines a variety of exercises which may include low and high impact floor sequences, stepping, Kickboxing, drills, circuit training, jumping rope and intervals. Instructor: Anna Marie

CORE Circuit
If weight loss is your goal, this class is designed just for you! This is a CORE Cardio session with interval training to really get the most out of your workout!

BOSU
 
This class offers a combination of balance, cardio, and strength for an all in one workout.

Kickboxing
Just starting out? Try this beginning/intermediate kickboxing class that will get you ready to kick, box and jump your way into fitness! The ultimate cardio challenge!

Cardio Tennis
Do you love playing tennis? This class is for everyone from beginner to advanced players looking to elevate their game or just get a new workout that is fun. This class is sure to ACE the competition.

Cardio Conditioning
A 60-minute workout that combines endurance weight training with high energy ‘mini’ circuits of jumping rope. Experience the calorie-burning effects of jumping rope and building strength all in the same class!

Craving a good calorie burn? Want to have fun doing it? Join this step class and enjoy the results!

Beginner Step
Interested in group fitness but haven’t been for awhile or just starting out this class breaks down the basics of step to help you feel comfortable and get a great workout.

Hydrolics
If you’re going to have an addiction….it might as well be here! Experience the best water workout ever.

Deep Water
Experience the benefits of this great non-jarring form of exercise. Water resistance is three-dimensional, toning muscles as it simultaneously conditions the heart, lungs and circulatory systems. Participants should feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation gear will be provided. Instructor: Jill

Cycle Express
Get an intense cardio workout in just 45 minutes. This class is great for all fitness levels.  Feel your energy surge with this fun, high-powered cycling class including drills, hills and sprints.

CycleFit

A high energy, high intensity cardiovascular class utilizing specialized Keiser stationary bikes. Trained cycling instructors will guide members through a sequence of cycling with varying speeds, gear levels and durations. Hill climbing, spinning, sprinting, standing and seated cycling will be used for maximum benefit. Instructors: Nikki, Bryan, Sandy & Courtni

Cycle/Yoga
This an hour long class including 30minutes of cycle, and 30 minutes of yoga.

MINDBODY
Yo-latis
Get your Saturday started right! A mind/body for hyper people. Yo-latis is an athletic fusion style strength & flexibility mat class. It combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power.

STRENGTH

Hip Hop
A high-energy class that uses the latest sounds in rap, R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest video choreographers.             Instructor: Aiesha

Zumba™
A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Turbo Kick™
You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Instructors: Erin V. and Allison

Designed to sculpt and strengthen the body’s major muscle groups by using weights, bands, bars and the body’s own resistance.

That’s right, a strength conditioning class that uses plate loaded equipment! Includes an added core bonus section.

While you work-out in your aerobics class, bring the kids along so they can have some fun and exercise, too. Our Parent’s Night In program is available Wednesdays & Fridays, 6-8 pm, ages 3-12. Check-in Room 158.
