Resources for Undergraduate Research
A number of resources exist to help faculty and students establish undergraduate research projects, publicize research results, find discipline-specific research funding for undergraduates, and link undergraduate researchers with graduate programs. Check out the following.
A local resource is SPEAR: Students Promoting Education and Research. This SIUC student organization stimulates interest in undergraduate research and graduate studies and offers activities to help undergraduates prepare for graduate school.
