Experience - Ms. McFadden has served as a consultant for a long-term community care facility, for the Governor's Task Force on Human Service Reform, and was a consultant and trainer for WEOC Headstart Program. While working as a partner in Counseling Associates, Ms. McFadden presented programs and training programs for CEU credit to L.T.C., nurses, administrators, social workers, activity therapists, and employees.

Teaching areas - Field Seminar, Social Work Practice, Psychopathology.

Research interests - Service delivery systems to the elderly.
