Women's Studies Graduate Certificate Information

Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies

18 hours of coursework and independent study are required for the Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies. The first required nine hours of coursework will include a range of courses designed to broaden the knowledge and experiences of students concerning women’s issues. The second nine hours of coursework will be electives, including three hours of independent readings designed to fill in any gaps of interest where a course does not currently exist to meet that need.
