It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Animal Science, Food and Nutrition Home page. We are delighted you are visiting us and are looking forward to introducing you to our people and programs. Our department offers a comprehensive education leading to BS and MS degrees in either Animal Science or Food and Nutrition. Within the undergraduate Animal Science degree program we offer specializations in Pre-veterinary Medicine/Science, Equine Science, and Animal Production. In the undergraduate Food and Nutrition degree program, we offer specializations in Dietetics, and Hospitality & Tourism. Our MS graduate programs are designed for students seeking additional specialized training and education in Animal Science, Dietetics, and Nutritional Sciences. The faculty and staff of our department pride themselves on being accessible and student-oriented.
