Faculty
Our faculty members have broad experience in hotel administration, food service management, and tourism - both in practical applications and in research theory.
All
H&T courses are taught by full-time faculty members who devote themselves
to excellence in teaching and mentoring. The Accreditation Commission found,
"There is abundant evidence that guidance and counseling opportunities
are provided for students. "Because all faculty are involved with student
advisement, we are able to have one-on-one conference with students. The time
is used to assess the student's current academic status, personal feelings about
course work, college life, general health, and well being. The faculty members
also provide direction with course selection, suggest career possibilities,
and establish a relationship of confidentiality, trust, and mentorship with
the student.
