Marketing 305 Practice Tests

For many years we have provided "practice tests" at this site for students to take as they prepare for an exam. It makes the most sense to take a practice test after you have studied the notes and answered the review questions. Although the questions on the practice tests are similar to those on the real exams THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY THE SAME. The point is that students who merely take a practice test will not be prepared for the actual exam whereas those who have done lots of studying can use their score as a way of telling if they need to do some more studying.

There are four practice exams, one for each of the three sections of the course and then one that simulates the comprehensive final. The questions are selected for you at random from a pool of questions. If you take a test several times you will get slightly different questions each time. The first three practice tests have 20 questions while the final provides you with 40 questions.

The practice tests are within Blackboard so you must be registered in the course and have a SIU network ID in order to access the tests. Once you get into the course within Blackboard, look at the navigation panel on the left. Click on Assessments and then you should see a list of the practice tests you can take.
