Professor Moore (Ph.D. University of Missouri St. Louis, 2004) joined the SIUC faculty in Fall 2005. She teaches courses in American politics and public administration. She contributed to Made in USA: East St. Louis -The Rise and Fall of an Industrial River Town (Virginia Publishing Co. 2003). Her research focuses on urban politics, state and local relations, dysfunctional cities and how they affect suburbs, and the influence of sub-governments.
