    This is designed for primarily sophomore, junior and senior students (although we let anyone attend) an is intended to encourage students to apply well in advance for graduate degree programs.

  • International Undergraduate Workshop

    6:00 - 8:00pm

    Designed for any International Undergraduate Students at SIUC who may be interested in applying to a graduate degree program here at a later date. CESL students are encouraged to attend.

    This is designed for primarily sophomore, junior and senior students (although we let anyone attend) and is intended to encourage students to apply well in advance for degree programs.

  • Developing Scholars Program
    Saturday, April 4, 2009
    Student Center River Rooms
    8:30am - 12:00pm

    A program put on by Assistant Dean of the Graduate School Pat McNeil. This is designed for SIUC Undergraduate Students (sophomores, juniors and seniors) who are considering applying to Graduate School. This is a comprehensive, half-day event at the Student Center with presentations by Graduate School staff, representative from departments, the Financial Aid Office, etc. A luncheon at the Old Main Room is included. Student must pay a $5.00 fee in advance to attend.

  • Nondeclared Graduate Workshop
    Thursday, April 16, 2009
    Student Center Video Lounge
    6:00 - 8:00pm

    This is designed for enrolled or admitted Nondeclared Graduate Students and for Senior Undergraduate Students who have not been admitted to a degree program and may at this point in time only have the option left to apply at least initially as a Nondeclared graduate student. For both groups, we explain the Nondecalred enrollment option but also focus on how to get out of that generic category and into a degree program at a later date.
