Saluki Opportunity Scholarships

• Student must be employed as a full-time educator (defined as working in the K-12 school system as a teacher, administrator, or counselor) in Illinois. Educators employed by both public and private institutions are eligible.
• Students must be admitted to the Graduate School. Students do not have to be degree seeking. Any program of study is eligible.
• Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 3 graduate credit hours for the semester.
• If the educator is already receiving payment of tuition and fees from another source, they are not eligible.
• Scholarship award amount is $250 in any semester in which the student is eligible. This scholarship award will be posted to the student’s account
• Awards begin in the Fall.
• Educator must fill out an application form for this award each semester. Application form can be found on our website: http://www.siu.edu/gradschl/forms.htm
