Notes: client paperwork includes case notes, treatment plans, closing reports, and sending e-mails or letters. Some weeks are busier than others, but plan for three hours total so that you do not get behind. Intake write-ups generally take close to an hour. All paperwork is entered into Titanium, our electronic scheduling and record-keeping program.
