A study of superintendents in cooperation with the Illinois Association of School Administrators gives a view of how volunteer programs are managed in Illinois Schools.

Preliminary finds the Three studies are in process that will give us baseline data as well as information about the management and leadership of volunteer programs the volunteer and educational interests of retirees (with Lifelong), and the activities of retirement (with SURS).

This study is in process and will examine the activities of retirement and views of volunteering of higher education retirees.
