Class Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Class Withdrawal and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, a Refund Request form must be received by the Recreational Sports and Service’s office prior to the second class meeting. All refunds, except for program cancellations, will be assessed a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be given after this time unless there is an authorized medical reason(s). No refunds will be issued for amounts of $5.00 or less. Requests may be made by phone at 536-5531 or in person at the Student Recreation Center Information Desk. I have read and agree with these conditions.

Program Discount Policy:

Purchase 2 or more Programs or Fitness Consultations/Assessments at the same time and if total cost is at or below $49.99 you will receive a $5.00 discount off total price. If total cost is $50.00 or more you will receive a $10.00 discount off total price. This applies to purchases of 2 or more Programs or Services purchased at the same time. The purchase of Memberships, Lockers, Towels, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Scuba Diving certification classes, and private swimming lessons is not included in this discount policy.
