Fall 2008 Workshops
The following ORDA workshops have been scheduled for the fall 2008 semester. Additional workshops may be scheduled as the academic year progresses; if so, they will be announced on our home page and in Research Matters as well as on this calendar.
All workshops are scheduled to be held in Woody Hall C-227 except as noted. For all workshops, we recommend that you call 453-4540 or e-mail orda@siu.edu to reserve a seat.
ORDA New Faculty Orientation
An introduction to ORDA and its services, as well as to the Faculty Seed Grant program (see next item). To accommodate faculty schedules, three sessions are offered.

This workshop helps faculty learn how to plan more-competitive projects and write more-competitive proposals for the Faculty Seed Grant program. To accommodate faculty schedules, two sessions are offered.

Issues Surrounding Startups and Related Entrepreneurial Efforts
