    Visit the list of FAQs about the College of Applied Sciences and Arts
  • Provides a link to colleges, departments, programs, and campus services
  • Processes CASA Selective Admission Program Applications
  • Serves as the CASA contact for individualized program visits, group tours of CASA programs and notifies Undergraduate Admissions when you request an SIUC campus tour

If you need a Program Application or general information about the College's Academic Programs, you can download a copy of the desired CASA Program Application or Info from the CASA Department web page: simply click on the title of the program from the CASA Departments Menu.

If you want to receive Program Application or Information by mail, please go to the Information Request page and follow the instructions there.

Word Documents can be filled out online, printed, and mailed to the department for review.
Program applications will be reviewed by the department only after the student has been admitted to SIU.
