Aviation Management
The Aviation Management program is designed to meet the needs of individuals who have aviation-related work experience and/or technical certification training from military schools, technical institutes, flight schools, or industry training programs. It is created with the working adult in mind. Classes are held on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend at 8:00AM-4:50PM.
One 3-semester hour course spans 6 weekends, but the student is only in the classroom every other weekend. An entire semester consists of three, 3-semester hour classroom courses, all held on the weekend, and one, 3-semester hour independent studies course that spans the entire 15 week semester.

Electronic Systems Technologies
The Electronic Systems Technologies program is designed to suit individuals who wish to pursue management careers in today's high-tech industries. It is created with the working adult in mind. Classes are held on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend at 8:00AM-4:50PM.

Fire Service Management
The Fire Service Management program is designed to provide advanced practical course work in the areas of fire service-related management and supervision. This program is offered in a "flip-flop" format. This allows the active duty firefighter the flexibility to attend classes while working. Classes are held 8:00AM-4:50PM on Saturday and Sunday. The student can attend one or the other.
One 3-semester hour course spans 5 weekends, while an entire semester consists of three 3-semester hour classroom courses, all held on weekends, and one, 3-semester hour independent studies course which spans the entire 15 week semester.

Health Care Management
The Health Care Management Bachelor of Science is designed to provide course work and experience in the areas of management and supervision for individuals who have training in health-oriented fields from colleges and universities, technical institutes, community colleges, proprietary institutions, or military technical schools.
It is created with the working adult in mind. Classes are held on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend at 8:00AM-4:50PM. One 3-semester hour course spans 6 weekends, but the student is only in the classroom every other weekend. An entire semester consists of three, 3-semester hour classroom courses, all held on the weekend, and one, 3-semester hour independent studies course that spans the entire 15 week semester.

Capstone Option
The Capstone Option is for the transfer student who has earned an Associate in Applied Science degree or the equivalent certification related to the major. To qualify the student must have made application for admission to Capstone by not later than the end of the first semester in the bachelor degree program. The student must have earned an associate degree, or equivalent certification, in a non-baccalaureate-oriented program of 60 semester hours prior to the completion of the first semester of the baccalaureate program at SIUC. The student must have submitted all documentation of work prior to the associate degree by no later than the second semester at the University. This documentation includes all official transcripts from institutions previously attended and may include test report, evaluation of military credit or whatever other training has been used to award the associate degree. Official transcripts from previously attended institutions must not be more than thirty days old when received by SIUC. The student must have earned a GPA of 2.25 (4.0) scale as calculated by the University’s grading regulations. The student must not have earned more than 12 semester hours in the baccalaureate major prior to Capstone approval. The student must be able to complete the bachelor degree program within 60 semester hours of additional work required for the bachelor degree.
