Many students find it worthwhile to combine the study of a foreign language with another field. This is done be declaring either a double major or a second degree. For a double major, you will need to fill out a new Declaration of Major form listing both degrees hand have it signed by the Department of Foreign Languages and the other department. For a Second Degree, you will need to complete at least 30 additional semester hours and the requirements for the degree as specified by the department, school and college.
