Employment Incentives

Congress has enacted several tax credits, deductions and other incentives to help promote employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Most of the incentives designed to help businesses remove barriers and provide accommodations for employees and customers with disabilities. Employment goals for individuals with disabilities are advanced through tax incentives, disability-related deductions, health insurance buy-ins, and matched savings programs.
