Employment Services: Jim has two Master degrees; one in Rehabilitation Administration and the other in Job Services. He has developed and coordinated services for persons with head injuries, people with substance abuse problems and individuals with MR/DD. Jim has consulted with numerous businesses and educational institutions regarding employer, employer and program development as well as job placement. He served as a senior consultant and program coordinator for the Impact Group in St. Louis where he initiated, developed and coordinated the firms first on-line employer development and placement program. He was a member of the team that developed the placement program currently used by the U.S. Department of State. Jim has written Job Search 101, a highly effective job search skills book.
