Transition to Employment (T2E) is a comprehensive career services program providing targeted services that help post-secondary education graduates in Southern Illinois find and secure employment. The T2E approach is driven by a business model of recruitment and we assist our graduates to target their job search, resume, communication and interviewing skills accordingly.
Our Graduate Services include: Career and job research; Employment prep training -- resume development, interviewing, dealing with accommodation questions; Employment retention training -- Workforce diversity, problem management, communication skills. We also provide an Employment Match database and travel stipends.
Our Employer Services include: Hiring incentives, such as tax credits and deductions; temporary personnel; adaptive technology consultation; information regarding state / federal employment and disability laws; accommodation training.
All of our services are provided free.
