Located near the intersection of US 51 and E. Pleasant Hill Road the Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center is one of the more beautiful, modern, and aesthetically pleasing attractions at Southern Illinois University. If you choose to enroll your business into the Business Incubation Program your business will have access to the following amenities available at the Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center.

Organizations like the Office of Economic and Regional Development, the Small Business Development Center, the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center, and Community and Business Services are all on site to help guide your business.

Parking

At the Dunn Richmond Economic Development Center there are a total of 167 parking spaces. There are 137 parking spaces available for tenants and there are 51 spaces available for you're customers parking needs.

Conference Rooms

The Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center offers a wide selection of conference room arrangements. Rooms 150, 151, and 152 can seat up to 110 people. Room 241 will seat 70 people or 48 chairs w/tables. Rooms 151 & 152 each will seat 15 people with tables. Room 150 will seat 40 people with tables. Seating adjustments can be made depending on the style and type of event. In previous years, there were a total of 724 events with nearly 15,000 participants.

Atrium

Our atrium provides an elegant, professional atmosphere for any event you wish to sponsor. We can seat a sit down dinner comfortably for up to 80 people. Seating adjustments can be made depending on the style and type of event. We have a total of 200 chairs and we have a total of 49 rectangular tables. We also offer a fully equipped catering kitchen to meet any of your catering needs. The Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center is a smoke free environment.

Computer Lab

A state-of-the-art computer lab stands ready to meet the training needs of your customers or employees. Our lab offers 12 personal computers along with one computer for the instructor that provides for full video projection to a wall screen.

Funding Information

Dunn-Richmond offers the foundation and corporate research collection as a library resource for non-profit groups exploring grant funding. Thousands of foundations are described in detail, including their application information and any deadlines. Corporate giving programs are outlined, too, expanding opportunities for local funding.
