Resolution of Appreciation

WHEREAS Professor Robert Wolff has demonstrated a love and dedication to Southern Illinois University Carbondale; and

WHEREAS Professor Wolff has served the faculty at SIUC well with his dedication to the Faculty Senate by serving as a Member, Committee Chair, and advisor to the Senate; and

WHEREAS Professor Wolff's extensive knowledge of faculty matters, University policies and procedures, and keen sense of fairness prepared him well for the important position of Faculty and Staff Ombudsman; and

WHEREAS the faculty at SIUC has greatly benefitted from Professor Wolff's activities as Faculty and Staff Ombudsman;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the faculty at SIUC extends their appreciation to Professor Wolff for his support and contributions to the faculty and Faculty Senate, and we wish him the best in his retirement.
