Faculty/Staff The Triangle Coalition was formed in 1994 to pursue benefits for GLBT employees. During it’s tenure, the Triangle Coalition has helped to secure recognition of domestic partners, access to campus resources for partners and health insurance coverage for partners and children. It also serves as an informal social network for GLBT faculty and staff which includes GAs & TAs. A fall welcoming picnic and on-going social events are the main programs as well as a private e-mail list maintained by the GLBT Resource Center to keep employees informed.
