Carol Fisher is the Workforce Learning and Development Officer in the University's Labor and Employee Relations office. She works to provide high-quality training opportunities for SIUC employees in order to effectively meet their needs. Carol is a two-degree recipient of SIUC, with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a master's degree in Education. She has over 20 years experience in human resource management and organizational development / training. Her work in both the corporate and educational arenas as well as her familiarity with southern Illinois gives her a unique perspective for the campus.
