There is a dining hall in next to the lobby serving lunch and dinner for $6. Hours are 11:00-1:00 and 4:00-7:00.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is taken care of at the dorm. There will be an On Duty person that will check you in. The office phone number is 453-2300 ask for Gina (director) or Crystal (chief clerk). There is also a Yellow Call Box to the left of the front door which you can call the desk phone 536-0303, as well as a sign on the door with the On Duty information. You can move in the day before your contract begins.

FACILITIES: Each room is supplied with 2 extended twin beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 small dressers and 2 closets. There is a bathroom for each hallway. Company members should bring their own blankets, pillows, towels and washcloths. The beds are 36” by 80” and are supplied with sheets. Telephone jacks and cable TV outlets are provided in each room. Company members must provide their own telephones and cable-ready TV’s. Ethernet internet access is available for $65 in the dorm room, but wireless spaces are available in the the lobby, student center, library, the theater and other places. You need to contact Information Technology 618-453-2484 to get a pass for the wireless connection.

RESIDENCE HALL RULES: Company members are expected to follow all rules and regulations that are in effect for summer in the same buildings. There is alcohol permitted in the dorm rooms for those over 21. Smoking is permitted outside the building, 25’ from the building. There is no curfew. Noise is to be kept at minimum after 9:00 PM.

FOOD: MSP will supply each room with a mini-fridge (4.2 cubic foot) and a microwave. There is a community dorm kitchen with two stoves, counter space, sink and dining tables. There is no refrigerator or cookware. Grocery stores and other shopping are a short drive. There should be enough people with cars that you can get a ride when needed. There are a number of food services on campus: Subway, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Salad Bar, and Buffet Line.

LAUNDRY:There are laundry facilities in the residence hall which take a card, DEBIT DAWG. You can get a temporary card at the Student Center ID office 536-3351 on the 2nd floor. You put $ of your amount of choice on the card.

REC CENTER:You can use the Student Rec Center 453-1277, but the fee is $4 per visit. That's the cheapest option.

PARKING: You can park in lot #80, along the east side of the dorm, the upper level, on Park Street. Those with cars will need a parking decal which can be purchased for the cost of $14.00 each. We can deliver these and process them ahead of time. Send this in ASAP!

FIRST MEETING: Please report to McLeod Theater at 9:00 AM on your first day for orientation.
