Scholarships

The School of Music has a limited number of music scholarships available for freshmen and transfer students in the form of partial or full tuition waivers for Fall and Spring semester. The awards are available to non-music majors, but preference is given to music majors.

Audition procedures may vary, but in general you should prepare a solo (preferably accompanied) and any other musical selections you are currently studying which you feel would best demonstrate your musicianship. Instrumentalists may also be asked to play scales and to sight-read. Click here for more suggestions for audition material.
