Before searching the database, please follow the instructions below

1. Select first the linkage map (A1, A2,.... or W)

2. Browse until you find the marker you are interested in

3. Identify the positive BAC clone to your marker

4. Write the BAC address

5. Log in: hbz.tamu.edu

6. Search for the contig corresponding to your BAC

7. You can place the order to get the BAC clones from 3 locations:
