At SIUC, doctoral training is available in Behavior Analysis and Therapy leading to a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation.
The doctoral degree in Rehabilitation will prepare graduates for accedemic positions in departments such as Behavior Analysis, Rehabilitation, Psychology, and Special Education. Various clinical and organizational positions can be attained as well.
At the Ph.D. level, students are admitted under direct supervision of a single faculty member. That faculty member will serve as advisor and dissertation chair for the student. Matching students to faculty is a key component of the Ph.D. program. With the match, students are assured of intensive 1-1 mentoring by the faculty member.
Funding of Ph.D. students is of the highest priority. 100% of all current active students have funding. |
