Masters Coursework

At SIUC you will find yourself experiencing a blend of classroom training and hands-on experiences that, together, will allow you to be the best behavior analyst you can be. Learning principles and concepts in the lecture hall is much different than applying them first hand. Masters students in the BAT Program will do both. And the outcome is amazing.

Classes at SIUC are designed to cover all aspects of behavior analysis: Theory, laboratory research, and application. Training students at all levels of scientific inquiry produces graduates that are knowledgeable about the entire field, not just a single special application.

The Masters Program is designed so that the student may work with a single or variety of faculty members. Unlike a mentor-model, at SIUC students may choose each and every expereince they wish, from classroom electives to practical training placements. As a result, you match your interests to our offerings. If you don't know what you are interested in just yet, don't worry, we have advisors to help you out every step of the way.
