OPEN HOUSE The purpose of the open house is to give prospective graduate students an opportunity to see the BAT program themselves without the stress of a "student interview." Instead, interested persons can come meet the faculty, tour the SIU facilities, see research and clinical field sites, and talk to current students about what life is all about in graduate school at SIU. There is limited space for the Open House. Make your reservation today! |
The open house is open to
anyone interested in applying to the BAT program or to anyone that has
already applied to the program and is waiting for an admission decision.
Attendance at this event is not required for admission to the program.
If your schedule does not allow you to come to SIU for the open house, we will be more than happy to show you around and arrange a meeting with you at your connivance. However, the open house is the best way to see everything we have to offer. Need a place to stay while in Carbondale? We will try and match you up with an existing student and you can stay with them. |

Why Choose SIU? The Past: The Behavior Analysis and Therapy Program at SIU was the first masters degree program specifically in behavior analysis in the world. The Present: SIU's Masters Training Program has a 5 Year Accreditation from the Association for Behavior Analysis. No other school in Illinois has this honor and only 10 others in the country do. SIU has an approved course sequence from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board for both on and off campus courses.
