The Vocational Services Program is designed to help clients determine and grasp their vocational goals. Interests, skills, and aptitudes are measured to enable the evaluator to help clients realistically look at their individual strengths and weaknesses, then providing the client with reasonable paths to explore to obtain employment.

Vocational evaluation includes:

 physical performance testing

 educational assessments

 aptitudes and abilities testing

 vocational exploration and guidance

 psychological testing

Objectives:

 to provide the client with an objective look at his/her strengths and weaknesses

 to help the client form an appropriate vocational goal

 to provide direction for a job search

 to maximize the benefits of any further expenditures on education by challenging the client into areas where he/she is likely to experience success

Placement services include:

 job seeking skills training

 job club

 job coaching

 follow-up

 to provide on the job training

 to provide competitive job placement
