SIP Camper Medical Benefits Insurance

Camper Medical Benefit Coverage is non-liability, medical benefit coverage for participants in University-sponsored camp activities or programs.  The coverage must be requested by the  sponsoring department.  A Camper Insurance Request Form must be received by University Risk Management prior to the camp's beginning date.  In the event that a camp begins on a weekend or holiday, notification must be received no later than close of business on the last working day before the camp begins.  Under no circumstances will coverage be retroactive.  A complete list of campers and counselors attending a camp must be submitted to University Risk Management by email or fax, once confirmed by the sponsoring department.
