Dr. Modali is a Board Certified Psychiatrist. she has been with the Student Health Center since 1993. Prior to that, she practiced psychiatry at the Carbondale Clinic
and also worked part-time at the Clinical Center at Southern Illinois University for
14 years. She was trained in psychiatry from St. Vincent Hospital in New York.
Dr. Modali is a General Psychiatrist who treats students with psychaitric and psychological problems like mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, and attention deficit disorders. She works very closely with the Wellness Center and Counselling Center on Campus.
Dr. Modali is a member of Academy of Clinical Psychiatry. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and travelling. |
