FEES & CHARGES
Fees for an initial travel consultation may vary. During the initial consultation risks and benefits of the recommended vaccines will be discussed, as well as other medications. If vaccines are needed, each vaccine and injection will be an additional charge.
Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card on the day of the appointment. SIUC students and staff may charge their bill to their bursar’s account. SIUC faculty and staff traveling on university business may have their fees paid by their department. If this is the case, you must provide the interdepartmental billing number before the appointment. Some insurance companies may pay for travel immunizations and you may request an itemized bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
DIRECTIONS
The Student Health Center is located adjacent to the Student Recreation Center on the east side of campus. From downtown Carbondale, head south on University Avenue. University Avenue will merge will Illinois Avenue (Route 51). Continue following Illinois Avenue south for 2 blocks and turn east onto Grand Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks and the Student Health Center is one block on the right .
