What is it?
Healthy U is a semester-long (Spring 2007) campaign to encourage SIUC students to engage in health and wellness activities.

What are the benefits?
You can win weekly prizes and some incredible grand prizes for participating in activities that you would have done anyway or maybe you have always wanted to but never got around to.

How does it work?
You take part in scheduled activities and earn Healthy U dollars. Whenyou have 180 Healthy U dollars, you can enter one of ten weekly drawings to win great prizes.

How do you sign up?
Sign-up is easy. Visit the Lifestyle Enhancement Center or Wellness Center to enroll. There is a $5 fee. You will win your first prize just by signing up!
