The Wellness Center provides the assistance of a RN to educate students about their diagnosis, treatment plan and in some cases to help explore financial resources for medication assistance or other financial needs. Students newly diagnosed with chronic conditions or who need assistance with learning to manage their condition or illness may benefit from this service.
The nurse can assist students by coordinating their healthcare and connecting them to community resources. For assistance with these or related services, call the Wellness Center at (618) 536-4441, or ask your provider for a referral during your visit.
