Students experiencing stress-disrupted lives may make an appointment for an individual, confidential consultation by calling the Wellness Center. Students may explore the nature of their stress and learn a variety of stress management techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and diaphragmatic breathing. A variety of measures are available to assess your stress level, including written tests and bio-feedback. Supportive cognitive behavioral talk therapy is available. All services are confidential.
