As members of the SIUC School of Social Work, we are committed to promoting social justice
for the vulnerable and disadvantaged populations. We prepare students in evidence based practice and nurture their critical thinking skills with theoretical training. We equip students to work with diverse populations in international, national, regional and rural settings. We believe that excellence in teaching, research and community service can impart leadership skills and responsible professionalism to students, and benefit the community at large.
