Fall Leadership Conference

Each fall, SIUC presents a leadership conference designed to provide an opportunity for student leaders to develop their leadership skills and share their experiences with their peers from around campus.

We will begin the day with a keynote address by Lori Lyn Stettler, the new Director of the Student Center. This will be followed by interest sessions – and you get to select the ones that interest you! (see schedule)

In addition, the conference includes a complimentary lunch at which time representatives from the new Undergraduate Student Government Executive body will join us to share their vision for the coming academic year.

The Leadership Conference will take place in the Student Center on the SIUC campus on Saturday, September 16 from 9:30am – 3:00pm.

Who Should Attend?

Whether you are an experienced leader or a novice, everyone will find something useful at the conference. We urge you to use this opportunity to forge new coalitions, expand your learning and hone your leadership skills. Come choose from the numerous workshops and hear what national leaders in the field have to say!

Important Information:

Registration:

Pre-registration for the Conference is recommended.
The Conference registration fee is $15 per delegate in advance.
On-site registration (same day) is $25 per delegate.

Method of Payment:

Check

Make checks payable to SIUC. If you are paying by check, your check must accompany your registration.

SIU Transfer Voucher

Make your transfer voucher payable to Conference Fund, account # 4-14305. Please be sure to indicate the name(s) of delegate(s) on the voucher. Submit the voucher with your registration to Student Development.Student Development will forward the voucher to Disbursements when registration is complete.

One Registration per Form!

Use one form for each registration. You may duplicate as needed.

Substitutions:

No refunds will be given, however, if you are unable to attend, a substitute may be sent in your place. Please submit changes to Student Development by noon on Friday, October 7.
