Leadership Education and Development Programs

Student Development's Leadership and Involvement Programs sponsors leadership education and development programs, special topic seminars, officer transition workshops, and annual conferences to provide students with learning oppurtunities designed to enhance leadership skills, encourage involvement in volunteer and community service learning activities, and promote social and civic responsibility.

Fall & Spring Leadership Conferences

Offers opportunities for students to learn from campus and community experts, explore leadership styles & their ethical dimensions, and discuss issues critical to the campus and community.

Leadership Awards Program

Honors students for their outstanding leadership acievements and service activities and hosts an annual recognition program and presentation of special awards including Outstanding RSO of the Year, Outstanding RSO Treasurer of the Year, Non-Traditional Student, Scholarship Awards, and the Delyte W. Morris Community Service Awards.

Also presents the Annual Service to Southern Award, the highest student involvement honor for a graduating senior, at the Inter Greek Council's Annual Theta Xi Variety Show
