PDF files require Acrobat Reader. Those marked "fillable" can be filled out onscreen using Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher. Save the document to your hard drive by holding down SHIFT while clicking on the link. Open the saved document, fill it out, then print it. You can also fill these forms out using Acrobat Reader, although you will not be able to save the filled-out information on your hard drive.
